Miltonduff goes with Ironside, Pellegarde and Alltabhainne to the town of Bernia where the residents refused to move to Camelot, accusing them of stealing their lands.
When Ban kills Allthabainne and defeats Ironside, Pellegarde orders Miltonduff to open a portal to Camelot for them to escape.
Already in Camelot, Ironside reproaches them for fleeing while he could still fight, but Miltonduff reveals that he had used his Weakness power to reduce Ban's strength to a tenth. This makes it clear to Ironside that he was facing a true monster.

- Like many of the Camelot Holy Knights, Miltonduff is named after the Miltonduff distillery, a Scotch whisky distillery located in Miltonduff, in the whisky region of Speyside, built in 1824.
