Sylvan「シルヴァン」 is Anghalhad's horse.
Appearance[]

Sylvan is a relatively small white horse with yellow hair. When he transforms into a pegasus, he becomes larger and more slender, gaining two large feathered wings on his back.
Personality[]
Sylvan likes to act ostentatious and perceive himself as important, although in reality he is quite cowardly.
History[]
Sylvan is Anghalhad's personal horse, having been with her since her childhood.
Plot[]
Cant arc[]
When Anghalhad joins Percival's party, Sylvan goes with her as her mount. However, the horse soon runs out of energy forcing the group to stop to rest, leading Sin to threaten to eat him if he continues to delay them.
Already in Cant, Sylvan stays in the stables where Sin reveals the truth about who he is and his mission to find the Four Knights of Apocalypse. The two then leave after seeing the fake dragon egg that falls into the stables, helping Percival and the others flee from the Ancient Dragon.
Dalflare Range arc[]
While the group crossed the Dalflare Range, Donny, Percival and Sin end up inside a mysterious village, while the rest meet a hunter who tells them that the village is inhabited by monsters. Anghalhad and Sylvan infiltrate the center of the village and together they demolish the idol that created the barrier that hid the true form of the Demons that inhabited the village.
Entangled Forest arc[]
Sylvan remains hidden alongside Sin while the rest of the group fights Elgin. He is then flown along with the rest in Percival's Hope magic until they are stopped by Burgie and Doronach. He is later teleported to Liones along with the rest by Lancelot's Incantation Orb.
Wolnack arc[]
As the Four Knights of the Apocalypse and their allies set out in search of a path to Camelot, Sylvan accompanies them as Anghalhad's mount, as does Tristan's horse, Escanor.
Demon Realm arc[]
When the group had to cross a narrow downward path to reach the entrance to the Demon Realm, Slvan and Escanor are carried by Donny's Telekinesis since neither could walk past. When everyone falls into the void due to the Demon Realm's relic filtering system, Gawain uses Enchant: Little Wings so that Sylvan and Escanor can fly. However, Sylvan's flight falls short before the enormous beast that carries him and the Percival Platoon away before Zeldris.
Camelot Infiltration arc[]
Sylvan appears transformed into a pegasus saving Bourse from a Holy Knight alongside Anghalhad. He returns to his normal form when Bourse's little sister accidentally makes him sneeze. Anghalhad does not allow him to transform back when they are being chased to avoid being discovered.
Abilities/Equipment[]
During the two-year timeskip, Sylvan gained the ability to temporarily transform into a pegasus by eating a special magical carrot. In this form, he is also able to speak.
